1. ADOPT A MATURE ATTITUDE TO YOUR JOB.
Accept every assignment as a "challenge" rather than a threat. Try to give of your best. Be receptive to learning new things or neew way of doing old things.
2. BE REALISTIC. DO WHAT IS WITHIN YOUR REACH. DON'T STRETCH IT TOO FAR.
3. FORGET WHAT YOU CANNOT DO TILL YOU FIND A WAY TO DO IT. DELEGATE RESPONSIBILITY ALONG WITH AUTHORITY AND SHARE YOUR BURDEN.
4. EVEN PRESSURE COOKER HAS A SAFETY VALVE. YELL OR SLAM OR BE INVOLVED IN A HOBBY OR DO SOMETHING YOU ENJOY.
5. DON'T CARRY YOUR PROBLEMS FROM DOMESTIC TO OFFICE AND VICE VERSA.
6. DON'T SKIMP ON YOUR DIET.
7. EXERCISE REGULARLY
8. LEARN TO CONSCIOUSLY RELAX
9. SLEEP SOUNDLY.
10. DON'T MISS YOUR ANNUAL PHYSICAL CHECK UP.
