1. Find a product that lot of people want or / and need.
2. Make sure you get repeat business of it.
3. Choose it by looking at the trends
4. Employee others so that you get work done more
5. Employee and train others effectively.

The definition of wealth:
Wealth is the no. of years one can maintain one's current lifestyle if one stops earning. ( in some way, these advertisements mislead you into believing that they have the abilities to make money for you)
But the reality is that AUSTERITY is real wealth. ONe is not wealthy in the things one has but in the things one can do without.
The wealth creation depends upon you and the discipline you maintain to curtail your urges.
Consider how the current environment is enticing you to indulge in your urges and to do things, which are against your long term financial interest.
Advertisements urge you to take loan from banks and improve your lifestyle.
They are there to fulfill your borrowing needs. Credit cards car loans, house loans, personal loans, the list is endless.

You believe that the bak fulfills all your needs but in reality it is helping you to get into debt. The deeper you are in debt the better are the bank's earnings and profit because of the high interest rate you pay.

When the going is good, confidence level surges and it is at the stage that the needs to realise what overconfidence can do . Nothing is permanent. Booms are followed b bust and booms follow busts. super profits are not sustainale over long periods of time. over time everything converges to the mean. Look at sustainable and reasonable income streams.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS IN CORPORATE WORLD

here are many views regarding speaking and talking.
There are sayings such as : Less the talk more the respect and more the talk less the respect

Let us first understand the words SPEAK and TALK.

SPEAK
Speech or speaking is done by one person and heard / listened by others.
Talking requires at least two persons.
SPEECH, if done properly, brings one popularity and fame.
TALKING, even if done properly, bring in more troubles, reduces respect with others.

THERE FORE
More the speech done appropriately will bring more people to your fold and more fame and increased popularity.
More TALk will bring less respect and less talk will bring more respect

TIPS FOR GOOD HEALTH

FOR BLOOD PRESSURE
1. Banana stem juice
2. Boil water with jeera and methi and drink
3. small onion, Garlic take it raw or boiled
4. Fresh vegetables and cucumber
5. Lot of water and watery buttermilk
6. nellikai juice + 2 spoons of honey take daily
7. Pomgrenade, apple
8. Water melon,as much as you can
9. Reduce salt, mirchi, oil, non veg food
10. Lot of exercise, lot of sleep, always pleasing and happy
11. No stress

FOR GENERAL HEALTH

Brush teeth take 1 1/4 litres of water kept prvious night in a vessel (any vessel ok). In cold season take garlic (swallow), -3/4 hr to 1 hr nothing to take

After food no water for 3/4 to 2 hours ; otherwise you can take water during food intake.

Tulsi ka ras(shabith) plus curd 3 times a day plus wear tulsi mala

Rub hands and palm and keep it in the place where any disease or pain is there.


EFFECTS OF GARLIC

Garlic is an ideal medicine for many ailments such as:
Cold, sore throat and upper respiratory infections
Verrucas-cold sores, Cattarali-bites and stringes
stomach problems, mouth ulcers, fungal infections,

paradigm shift in loyalty

Loyalty towards one another especially to superiors, friends and also others around has taken a paradigm shift due to the abundant availability of opportunities around for fulfilling ones needs.
To explain it simply e.g employees used to be loyal to their employers lifelong as their fundamental monetary / social requirements are met by the employer and also in the past the security and opportunity for these two requirements if one want from the present employer are limited or not available.
With the present economic boom the availability of opportunities have increased and the present day employees are MORE LOYAL TOWARDS ONE'S NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS rather than towards THAT OF THE EMPLOYER.
If one analyzes situation that exists in various level one can see such shift has occurring in every situation between parents and children, friends, relatives..etc.
This is occurring in Indian society off late and has already occurred in western and far eastern societies and has brought in detrimental effects in social infrastructure and in relationships.
This is reality of life in a market driven economy which needs to be made aware of to all and scholars and all concerned to take appropriate measures to prevent the difficulties being felt in other societies.
